Kindly provide us your charter request via our contact form, try to include as much information as possible, such as dates / guests / budget / area of cruise etc.Your personal broker will get in contact with you via phone or email [desired communication] to get a better feeling of your request. He/she will remain your personal broker through the entire process.

We will scan the market and provide availabilities & rates on a selection of yachts we recommend. Thereafter we can advice you with proposed itineraries for your area of cruise or we can also “tailor” your itinerary based on specific requirements.

Our next step is to proceed with the agreement, Charterer signs the contract and then Owner will counter sign to conclude the agreement. After the signatures, the Charterer will have 3 working days to remit the 1st installment which is 50% of the total charter.  The remaining amount along with APA [ APA Definition ] will be due 30 days prior to embarkation.

Your personal broker will provide you with a form known as the “preference list” which describes all your requirements on board. Ranges from food & beverages, transfers, personal interests, on board & ashore activities, museum visits, archeological sites, allergies, birthdays etc …will be forwarded to the Captain of the yacht so to be prepared for your arrival well in advance.

Equally important is to know that your personal broker will be 24/7 available prior, during & after the cruise for anything you might need such as any extra service required.

Last but not least, your comments after your cruise are crucial to us in order to move forward as a company and provide a better service.
